Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement under the law that applies to you. By creating an account, you accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Wellness Disclaimer.

2. What Reset provides

Reset is a self-management tool for nicotine and scrolling habits. It provides manual tracking, educational content, planning tools and progress summaries, plus a member Forum for peer experiences and practical support. Features may improve or change over time.

Reset is not medical care, a medical device, therapy or an emergency service. It does not diagnose, prescribe or guarantee that you will quit or reduce a habit.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login confidential and provide accurate information. Do not probe, disrupt, automate abusive requests, bypass access controls, copy the service for resale or use Reset unlawfully. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or comply with law.

In the Forum, be respectful and speak from personal experience. Do not harass or shame people, advertise, solicit contact, expose private information, provide dangerous instructions, impersonate others or present personal advice as professional medical care. The Forum is not an emergency or crisis service.

4. Purchase and lifetime access

Paid access is currently a one-time USD 9.99 purchase, with applicable taxes added where required. “Lifetime” means access for the operating life of the Reset service, not the purchaser's natural lifetime. The purchase is tied to the account used at checkout and is not transferable.

5. Refunds and consumer rights

Our voluntary refund promise is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights or remedies that apply in your country.

6. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in the entries and Forum content you create. You give Reset the limited permission needed to store, display, moderate and export that content and to operate the service. Forum content is shown to other signed-in members; private dashboard entries are not. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

You can delete your own posts and replies. We may hide or remove Forum content, or restrict participation, when reasonably necessary for member safety, rule enforcement or legal compliance.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep Reset available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Reset is provided without implied guarantees beyond mandatory consumer rights, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law and contact

Hungarian law governs these terms, without removing mandatory rights or courts available to consumers in their home country. Questions can be sent to support@reset-habit.com.
